Teenus

Veebilehe turvakontroll on veebiteenus aadressil audit.oej.ee. Kontroll loeb ainult avalikku teavet veebilehe kohta, mille aadressi sa sisestad:

• veebilehe lehti (kuni 20);
• turvapäiseid;
• sertifikaati;
• avalikke DNS- ja e-posti kirjeid.

Kontroll ei logi sisse, ei täida vorme ega ürita ühtegi kaitset ületada. Kontrollitav veebileht näeb meie serveri päringuid.

Kontrolli saad teha kahel juhul:

1. oma veebilehe kohta;
2. ettevõtte kohta, kellega kaalud koostööd.

Lühitulemus on tasuta. See näitab leidude arvu, olulisemaid leide ja järgmist sammu.

Tasuline toode on täisaruanne. See sisaldab:

1. aruannet eesti ja inglise keeles (veebileht ja PDF);
2. tehnilist lisa;
3. ühte tasuta korduskontrolli (vaata „Korduskontroll“).

Hind ja maksmine

Täisaruanne maksab 29,00 €. Hind sisaldab käibemaksu 24 %: hind ilma käibemaksuta on 23,39 € ja käibemaks on 5,61 €.

Maksad kaardiga Stripe'i makselehel. Kaardiandmed sisestad Stripe'i lehele. OEJ neid ei näe. Stripe saadab arve sinu e-postile.

Enne maksmist märgid ühe kasti. Sellega:

1. nõustud nende müügitingimustega;
2. soovid, et täisaruanne avaneks kohe pärast makset;
3. kinnitad, et tead: siis kaotad 14-päevase taganemisõiguse (vaata „Taganemisõigus“).

Kättetoimetamine

Täisaruanne avaneb kohe pärast makset sinu privaatsel tulemuse lingil. Arvel on tulemuse link. Kui ostsid kontole sisse logituna, on arvel konto lehe link, mis avaneb pärast sisselogimist.

Täisaruanne on kättesaadav 30 päeva kontrolli algusest. Seejärel kustutame tulemuse.

Taganemisõigus

Tarbijal on sidevahendi abil sõlmitud lepingust taganemiseks 14 päeva.

Täisaruanne on digitaalne sisu, mida ei anta üle füüsilisel andmekandjal. Sellise sisu puhul lõpeb taganemisõigus, kui sisu üleandmine algab. Selleks pead olema andnud eelneva sõnaselge nõusoleku ja kinnitanud, et oled teadlik taganemisõiguse lõppemisest.

Küsime seda enne maksmist märkeruuduga: „Nõustun müügitingimustega ja soovin, et täisaruanne avaneks kohe pärast makset. Tean, et siis kaotan 14-päevase taganemisõiguse.“ Ilma selle märketa täisaruannet osta ei saa. Kinnitus on kirjas ka arvel.

Ettevõtjal (B2B) seadusest tulenevat taganemisõigust ei ole.

Millal raha tagastame, on kirjas jaotises „Raha tagastamine“.

Raha tagastamine

Täisaruanne avaneb kohe pärast makset. Seetõttu ei kehti 14-päevane taganemisõigus (vt „Taganemisõigus“). Raha tagastame siis, kui viga on meie poolel.

Millal raha tagastame

Tagastame kogu summa, 29 €, kui:

1. täisaruanne ei avanenud või kontroll ebaõnnestus meie tehnilise vea tõttu;
2. kontrollisime meie vea tõttu vale veebilehte, näiteks muu aadressi kui selle, mille sisestasid;
3. sinult võeti sama täisaruande eest makse kaks või rohkem korda. Siis tagastame iga topeltmakse.

Millal raha ei tagasta

Kui täisaruanne avanes ja kontroll tehti sisestatud aadressil, raha ei tagasta. Leiud, mis sulle ei meeldi, ega veebilehe hilisem muutmine ei ole tagastamise põhjus.

Kuidas küsida

1. Kirjuta info@oej.ee 14 päeva jooksul pärast makset.
2. Lisa tulemuse link või arve number.
3. Kirjelda lühidalt, mis juhtus.

Kui kiiresti

Vastame 2 tööpäeva jooksul. Kui tagastus on kinnitatud, kanname raha samale kaardile, millega maksid, 14 päeva jooksul.

Muud

• Konto kustutamine raha ei tagasta.
• See jaotis ei piira sinu seadusest tulenevaid õigusi, kui täisaruanne on puudusega.

Korduskontroll

Täisaruandega saad ühe tasuta korduskontrolli.

1. Korduskontroll on sama veebilehe ja sama ulatusega kui esimene kontroll.
2. Korduskontrolli saad alustada 30 päeva jooksul pärast esimest kontrolli. Ära jäta seda viimastele minutitele: päris lõpus seda enam alustada ei saa.
3. Korduskontrolli tulemus avaneb samal lingil. Uut makset pole vaja.
4. Korduskontrolli tulemust hoitakse 30 päeva korduskontrolli algusest. Link töötab selle ajani. Esimese kontrolli tulemus kustub ikka 30 päeva pärast esimest kontrolli.

Paketid ettevõtetele

Pakett on täisaruannete ettemaks. Pakette müüme ainult ettevõtetele. Paketi eest maksad arve alusel.

Pärast makset saad paketi kohta ühe sooduskoodi. Koodi sisestad Stripe'i makselehel. Iga kasutus avab ühe täisaruande, nagu tavaline makse. Täisaruanne ja korduskontroll on samad, mis on kirjas jaotistes „Teenus“ ja „Korduskontroll“.

Pakett kehtib 12 kuud arve kuupäevast. Kasutamata aruannete eest pärast seda raha ei tagasta. Koodi ei saa raha vastu vahetada.

Kui sa pole koodi veel kasutanud, tagastame paketi hinna, kui kirjutad info@oej.ee 14 päeva jooksul pärast makset.

Hoia koodi enda teada. Kui kood on sattunud võõrastesse kätesse, kirjuta info@oej.ee. Suleme vana koodi ja saadame kasutamata aruannete jaoks uue.

Konto

Konto on vabatahtlik. Tulemuse link töötab ka ilma kontota. Konto saad luua ka Google'i kontoga sisse logides.

Kontole saad tulemusi salvestada. Konto ei asenda makset: maksmata tulemuse puhul näed ka kontol lühitulemust ja maksevõimalust.

Kui lood konto kasutajanime ja parooliga, saad taastevõtme. Hoia see alles. Kui unustad parooli ja taastevõtit pole, ei saa parooli lähtestada. E-posti teel taastamist ei ole. Google'i kaudu avatud kontol ei ole OEJ parooli ega taastevõtit: juurdepääsu taastad Google'i kaudu.

Konto kustutamisel kustuvad ka kontole salvestatud tulemused. Raha selle eest automaatselt ei tagastata.

Piirangud

• Tulemus kirjeldab avalikku teavet kontrolli tegemise ajal. Veebileht võib hiljem muutuda.
• Tulemus ei ole sertifikaat. See ei tõenda, et veebileht on kaitstud. See ei ole õigusabi.
• Mida me ei hinnanud, on tulemuses märgitud hindamata punktina.
• Kui tulemuses on skoor 0–100, arvutame selle tehtud avalike kontrollide põhjal kindlate reeglite järgi. Skoorile vastab sõnaline tase: 90–100 Väga hea, 75–89 Hea, 60–74 Rahuldav, 40–59 Puudulik ja 0–39 Nõrk. Skoor ei ole sertifikaat ega turvalisuse tagatis. Kui üle 10 kontrolli jääb hindamata, skoori ei ole ja tulemuses on „Hindamata“.

Vastutus

Meie vastutus on piiratud täisaruande eest makstud hinnaga. Piirang ei kehti seal, kus seadus vastutuse piiramist ei luba: tahtluse ja raske hooletuse korral ning tarbija kohustuslike õiguste puhul.

Kaebused ja vaidlused

Tarbijana võid pöörduda ka tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole. Komisjon tegutseb Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti (TTJA) juures: https://ttja.ee.

Lepingule kohaldatakse Eesti õigust. See ei võta tarbijalt kaitset, mis on talle tagatud kohustuslike õigusnormidega.

Muudatused

Versioon 1, kehtib alates 25.10.2026.

Võime tingimusi muuta. Uus versioon kehtib tellimustele, mis tehakse pärast selle avaldamist. Sinu tellimusele kehtib versioon, millega nõustusid maksmisel.

The service

The website security check is an online service at audit.oej.ee. The check reads only public information about the website whose address you enter:

• the website's pages (up to 20);
• security headers;
• the certificate;
• public DNS and email records.

The check does not log in, does not fill in forms and does not try to get past any protection. The checked website sees our server's requests.

You can use the check in two cases:

1. for your own website;
2. for a company you are considering working with.

The short result is free. It shows the number of findings, the main findings and the next step.

The paid product is the full report. It includes:

1. the full report in Estonian and English (web page and PDF);
2. a technical appendix;
3. one free re-check (see "Re-check").

Price and payment

The full report costs €29.00. The price includes 24% VAT: the price without VAT is €23.39 and the VAT is €5.61.

You pay by card on Stripe's payment page. You enter your card details on Stripe's page. OEJ never sees them. Stripe emails you the invoice.

Before you pay, you tick one box. With it:

1. you accept these terms of sale;
2. you ask for the full report to open right after payment;
3. you confirm you understand that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (see "Right of withdrawal").

Delivery

The full report opens right after payment on your private result link. The invoice contains the result link. If you paid while signed in to your account, the invoice contains a link to your account page, which opens after you sign in.

The full report is available for 30 days from the start of the check. After that the result is deleted.

Keep the link to yourself. Anyone who has the link can see the result.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

The full report is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. For such content, the right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins. For this, you must have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

We ask for this with a checkbox before payment: "I accept the terms of sale and want the full report to open right after payment. I understand that I then lose my 14-day right of withdrawal." You cannot buy the full report without ticking it. The confirmation is also stated on the invoice.

A business customer (B2B) has no statutory right of withdrawal.

For when we refund, see "Refunds".

Refunds

The full report opens right after payment, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (see "Right of withdrawal"). We refund you when the fault is ours.

When we refund

We refund the full €29 if:

1. the full report did not open, or the check failed, because of a technical fault on our side;
2. we checked the wrong website through our mistake, for example a different address from the one you entered;
3. you were charged two or more times for the same full report. We then refund every duplicate charge.

When we don't refund

If the full report opened and the check ran on the address you entered, we don't refund. Findings you dislike, or later changes to your website, are not grounds for a refund.

How to ask

1. Write to info@oej.ee within 14 days after payment.
2. Include your result link or invoice number.
3. Say briefly what happened.

How fast

We reply within 2 business days. Once a refund is confirmed, we return the money to the card you paid with within 14 days.

Other

• Deleting an account does not refund any payment.
• This section does not limit your statutory rights if the full report is defective.

Re-check

The full report includes one free re-check.

1. The re-check covers the same website and the same scope as the first check.
2. You can start the re-check within 30 days of the first check. Do not leave it to the last minutes: it can no longer be started at the very end.
3. The re-check result opens on the same link. No new payment is needed.
4. The re-check result is kept for 30 days from the start of the re-check. The link works until then. The first check's result is still deleted 30 days after the first check.

Packs for businesses

A pack is a prepayment for full reports. We sell packs to businesses only. You pay for a pack by invoice.

After payment you get one discount code for the pack. You enter the code on Stripe's payment page. Each use opens one full report, like a normal payment. The full report and the re-check are the same as described under "The service" and "Re-check".

A pack is valid for 12 months from the invoice date. Unused reports are not refunded after that. The code cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you have not used the code yet, we refund the pack price if you write to info@oej.ee within 14 days after payment.

Keep the code to yourself. If someone else has got it, write to info@oej.ee. We close the old code and send a new one for the unused reports.

Account

An account is optional. The result link works without one. You can also create an account by signing in with Google.

You can save results to your account. An account does not replace payment: for an unpaid result, your account also shows the short result and the option to pay.

When you create an account with a username and password, you receive a recovery key. Keep it safe. If you forget your password and do not have the recovery key, the password cannot be reset. There is no recovery by email. An account opened through Google has no OEJ password or recovery key: you restore access through Google.

Deleting your account also deletes the results saved to it. Nothing is refunded automatically.

Limitations

• The result describes public information at the time of the check. The website may change later.
• The result is not a certification. It does not prove that the website is protected. It is not legal advice.
• Anything we did not assess is listed in the result as not assessed.
• If the result shows a score from 0 to 100, we calculate it by fixed rules from the public checks that were run. The score maps to a word: 90–100 Very good, 75–89 Good, 60–74 Fair, 40–59 Poor and 0–39 Weak. The score is not a certificate and does not prove that the website is protected. If more than 10 checks are not assessed, there is no score and the result shows "Not rated".

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the full report. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited: in cases of intent or gross negligence, and for a consumer's mandatory rights.

Complaints and disputes

Please contact info@oej.ee first. Include the result link or the invoice number.

As a consumer, you may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The committee works at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA): https://ttja.ee.

Estonian law applies to the contract. This does not remove the protection that mandatory law gives a consumer.

Changes

Version 1, in force from 2026-10-25.

We may change these terms. A new version applies to orders placed after it is published. Your order is governed by the version you accepted when you paid.
